If an individual experiences any of the following in a sudden and drastic manner: palpitation, shakiness, shortness of breath, dizziness, and a feeling of dying or losing control, then s/he can be suffering from a psychiatric illness called 'Panic Disorder'. "The individual's life is affected negatively because of unrealistic thoughts, individual becomes enemies with the people closest to them and the individual's relationships are disrupted and may be cast away from society because of individual's unfit actions. Due to the same fear, the individual may also dislike things such as: being left alone, being in crowded places, and driving; thus causing a decrease in the individual's quality of life.
