Some people who have experienced such traumas as an earthquake or war may suffer from emotional problems even if they were not physically injured. Dealing with the encounter of such traumas may cause feelings of fear, worry, anxiety, guilt, anger, pessimism, regret, hopelessness, helplessness, and embarrassment and may take a toll on the person very deeply. These feelings may change frequently and the person may feel more angry than usual or experience a generalized emotional inconsistency.
