The NPiSTANBUL Hospital's neurology unite includes general neurology outpatient services as well as outpatient services specialized in dementia, Parkinson's disease and movement disorders, headache and diseases of the peripheral nerves and muscles. The neurology service has an inpatient unit and intensive care unit. Neurologic patients with rehabilitation needs are also admitted to the service besides acute patients. Available tests in neurophysiology laboratory include EMG, evoked potential tests and EEG monitoring. In the neuropsychology laboratory, on the other hand, standard and computerized neuropsychological tests are used and evaluated by neuropsychologists.
